Motorcycling enthusiasts were on the road Sunday, May 4, for Big Ed's Burrito Ride, a benefit for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The annual ride is in honor of long-time Harley® enthusiast Ed Childers, who passed away in 2002. The ride left Charlie's and ended at Virginia Point Park in Kenova, WV. West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin has designated May as Motorcycle Awareness Month in the Mountain State. There are nearly 49,000 registered motorcycles in West Virginia and state safety officials are urging motorists to be more aware of bikes on the roads.

Charlie's Receives Dealernews Top 100 Award For 2008 Charlie's Harley-Davidson® was named a Top 100 powersports dealer by Dealernews magazine, the premier business publication for motorcycle, ATV and powersports retailers. Dealers from 39 states and two Canadian provinces are represented in this year's Top 100. Dealers are judged on a number of items including retail displays, overall dealership design, marketing and community involvement.
